How To Use

You can wear the cap as is – it always has a naturally cool feel.

Cold: Place in fridge or freezer for 1–2 hours for cooling relief.

Warm: Microwave for 30 seconds. If more warmth is needed, heat in 5-second intervals until comfortable.

Slide it over your eyes and head for full comfort, or wear it higher above your eyes to keep vision clear during daily activities.

Always check the temperature is comfortable before wearing.

  • Store at room temperature or in the fridge or freezer.
  • Spot clean or wipe with a damp cloth. Air dry completely before reusing.
  • When cooling it in the fridge or freezer use the bag provided or a zip lock bag to keep your cap clean and free from smells.
