How To Use

For Heat:
– Microwave for 45 seconds.
– Add 5-second intervals until you reach your preferred warmth.

For Cold:
– Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours for cool, calming relief.

Secure in place with the adjustable Velcro strap (fits up to 54 inches) and continue with your day — walking, working, or relaxing.

Always check the temperature is comfortable before wearing.
